Join us on a journey into the exciting and sumptuous world of chocolate and learn how to make your very own artisanal chocolate pralines with basic techniques and simple equipments.


Knowledge required

No previous knowledge of chocolate bonbon making is required. The classes are held in English. We also hold chocolate tastings, please contact us for further information (group bookings only). The course instructor is the award winning chocolatier Alma Sundøy.
